What we collect

We collect only what is needed to deliver the services we are engaged for. That means contact details for the people we work with, and the business data a client provides so we can build and operate their systems. This can include their own customer records, service history, and pricing information.

If you contact us by email, we keep that correspondence so we can respond and maintain a record of what was agreed.

How we use it

Client data is used solely to deliver that client's engagement. We do not use one client's data to serve another, and we do not use it to build products sold to anyone else.

What we do not do

We do not sell client or customer data. We do not share it with third parties for marketing, and we do not provide it to data brokers.

Who it is shared with

Data is shared only with the service providers required to operate the infrastructure we build, such as hosting, communication, and payment providers, and only to the extent needed to run the service. It may also be disclosed where required by law.

How long we keep it

Data is held only as long as the engagement requires, plus any period we are legally required to retain records. On request, or on the conclusion of an engagement, client data can be exported to the client and removed from systems we control.

Ownership

A client's business data belongs to that client. It is theirs during the engagement and theirs afterwards.

Your requests

To request a copy of the data we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted, contact hperhq@gmail.com. We respond within two business days.
